How to cancel
- Open the billing page. It is run by Stripe, our payment processor.
- Enter the email you gave with. Stripe sends you a sign-in link. There is no password.
- Choose your subscription and select Cancel.
After you cancel, your sponsorship stays active until the end of the year you already paid for. It does not renew. On the same page you can update your card and see your invoices.
Cannot use the page? Email rusty@mybffcoach.com from the address you gave with. We will cancel it and write back to confirm.
Refunds
Email us within 3 days of any charge and we will refund it. Any reason. No questions.
That covers a first sponsorship, a one-time gift, an airtime gift, and a yearly renewal. Tell us the email you gave with and the date of the charge.
If we charged you the wrong amount, or charged you twice, tell us at any time and we will fix it.
After 3 days we do not refund a charge, because the money is already covering a veteran. You can always cancel so it never renews.
