When you give
Stripe collects your name, email, billing address and payment details on its own checkout page. We never see or store your full card number or bank account number. Stripe sends us your name, email, billing address, the amount, and whether the gift is yearly or one time. We use that to send your receipt, run your renewal, answer you when you write to us, and keep the records the law requires. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
When you use a form on this site
If you join the roster, we collect your email, and we use it to tell you about the launch. If you apply as a veteran, we collect your name, your email, your branch of service, and your confirmation that you are a United States military veteran. We do not ask for a diagnosis or any health information, and you never have to tell us anything about your health to apply. If you tell us where you would like to hear the spot, we keep what you write to help guide the airtime buy. Visitors to the site are not required to use any form.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
Who else receives information
Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy. This site loads fonts from Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts, and those services receive your IP address when a page loads. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs.
Your choices
Write to rusty@mybffcoach.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the roster. A yearly donor can cancel any time. See how to cancel.
